The reason you can’t lose weight has nothing to do with your self-control, or the right Diet! The Reason you are detrimental is because you have filthy plaque and horrible little micro organisms living in your gut. And now I am going to suggest you how to get rid of your excessive weight quickly. By following these tips you can shed 10 lbs, 25lbs, 50lbs and even more in days to come.

Avoid skipping meals -If you want to lose your weight quickly eat 5-6 meals a day. If you will eat more frequently metabolism of your body will increase which will help you to lose weight faster. So eat meals in small proportions on regular basis and do not skip your breakfast.

Add more fiber in your diet – When you are buying grocery you should pay attention to the food label and should buy products with higher fiber content. Adding fiber to your diet will help you to lose weight faster.

Drink a glass of water before you eat
- Drink a glass of water before you starts to eat. It will help you to suppress your hunger. That extra glass of water will keep you from over eating and help you to lose weight more rapidly.

Burn more calories than you consume - The best way to lessen the amount of calories entering your body is to count calories and to keep a food diary. Don’t use high amount of sugar, fructose corn syrup, trans fat and saturated fats. On the other hand, you can also burn more calories by exercising.

Don’t extend the time between meals - Extending the time between meals makes your body go into “starvation mode,” which slows down your metabolism. This is why fasting and skipping meals will only make things worse. In addition with having four to six small meals per day, eating healthy snacks will also increase your metabolism.

Use hunger scale - Rate your hunger on a scale of 0 to 10, rate 0 when you are very hungry feeling very weak and rate 10 when you are full. Eat when you’re at about 3, when you’re just a little hungry, but not starving.
